family-owned and operated, we mean it My name is Brad Neal, and I’m the owner of Curb Appeal Landscaping and Lawn Services. I’m a proud husband and father married to Cheryl (pictured with me below) with three sons, Jaxon, Callan and Eston, and a daughter, Brynlee. I’m college educated, with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Everything I do, I do for my family, and that includes running a business where we give superb personal attention to everything we do. From the largest landscape installation to cleaning out gutters, you can trust me to make sure the job is done right the first time and every time thereafter. Our clients include homeowners in established residential neighborhoods, retail developments and boutique hotels, and everyone is treated the same: as if you were a member of my family.  Because we live here, we understand the Dallas/Fort Worth area’s unique landscaping-related character and challenges.
